1. SUBJECTS OF THE TREATMENT

The data processed are the name, surname, telephone number, email address, data for processing of the requested stay.

We inform you that the personal data you provide may be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the obligations of confidentiality.

The processing of personal data must be understood as: "any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or a set of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring , storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or the destruction".

3. PURPOSE AND METHOD OF TREATMENT

The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6) lett. f) EU Regulation 2016/679 for the following purposes: to provide feedback to the request for information sent by you.

4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

The personal data provided will not be disclosed to third parties external to the data controller.

Personal data are not processed outside the EU Area (EEA).

5. PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OR CRITERIA

If the personal data we collect is no longer necessary for any purpose and we are not required to keep it by law, we will do everything possible to delete, destroy or anonymize it.

6. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND REFUSAL

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 3. is necessary in order to receive a reply to the request for information sent. Failure to provide it will make it impossible to receive the desired information.

Useful information

Check-in: arrival after 4 pm and before 8 pm. Please inform us in advance the day before of your expected arrival time.

Check-out: departure by 10 am.

The reservation is valid only after receiving a confirmation deposit of 100€, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Children from 0 to 3 years old are provided with a free cot.

These cancellation policies are valid only for reservations made directly with us and not through booking portals (e.g. Booking.com or AirBnb)

Cancellation of reservation: for cancellations made from 0 to 5 days before the day of arrival, the full amount of the booked holiday is due. For cancellations made from 6 to 30 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the full amount of the booked holiday is due. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the day of arrival, only the confirmation deposit will be retained.

Payments: The confirmation deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in only by cash upon arrival, or by bank transfer at least 5 days before arrival.
